Senior User Acquisition Manager

What are you working on?

• Platforms: Mobile

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Manage traffic acquisition on Video Networks (Unity, AppLovin, Mintegral) with a strong understanding of their operations

• Manage campaigns for international mobile projects with monthly budgets exceeding $200,000, including launching and testing new hypotheses

• Collaborate with platform representatives to optimize traffic strategies, scale campaigns, and identify new growth opportunities

• Conduct competitor and market analysis, monitor advertising activity, and experiment with new approaches

• Build team expertise by sharing knowledge, evaluating strategies, and coaching colleagues on best practices

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of experience working with one or more Video Networks (Unity, AppLovin, Mintegral) is required

• Strong understanding of unit economics in mobile projects

• Proven ability to optimize buying strategies, scale existing campaigns, and identify new opportunities

• Solid understanding of attribution principles and hands-on experience with mobile trackers (AppsFlyer, Adjust)

• In-depth knowledge of advertising platform mechanics, including the technical aspects of setting up ads and analytical systems

• Proficiency in analyzing competitors and monitoring their advertising activities

• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables

• Experience managing monthly budgets exceeding $200,000
