For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Set and execute the talent sourcing strategies for multiple business units or disciplines in a full-cycle recruiting role
Develop deep partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers and teams and act as their Talent Advisor
Work closely with other Recruiters to develop and run effective sourcing strategies geared towards attracting premier technical talent
Drive and maintain a robust pipeline of passive talent for focus teams in a highly metrics-driven and collegial organization
Be a flexible team player who shares leads and ideas to attract key talent to Zynga
Work with University Relations team on intern placements and partner on long-term headcount plans
What kind of professional are we looking for?
5+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience for a search agency or in-house recruiting organization
Experience partnering with senior level managers, interviewers and team members throughout the hiring process
Strong business insight and an in-depth knowledge of the gaming industry and/or technical talent market
Experience recruiting for a variety of roles including engineering and design positions will help you gain credibility and with our partner teams
Ability to identify and train partners on exceptional organizational and interviewing skills/processes
A personal interest in games is preferred
A can-do, service-oriented attitude is helpful
