HR Head

As the Head of HR , you will be the one to set the tone for all the HR functions within the organization. Initially this is an individual contributor role and you will be in charge of all HR facets from employee relations to compliance issues. The HR Head is also responsible for taking executive HR decisions regarding policies, practices, and strategies.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Lead the planning and growth of the HR Department

• Contribute to developing organization- level strategies

• Develop HR Strategies aligned with the organizational goals

• Conduct all recruitment efforts to ensure adequate and qualified manpower to achieve goals

• HRIS System administrator

• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

• Nurture a positive working environment

• Maintain pay plan and benefits program

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• With extensive background in full-cycle recruiting and technical recruitment

• Worked for an international remote company with members dispersed all over the world

• Experience and network in the gaming industry is a big plus

• Preferably with experience and network within the Blockchain industry

• Excellent communication skills, with effective communication styles

• Close to native English skills, speaking Ukrainian is a big plus

• International/Global HR Certification is a big advantage

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
