We are currently looking for a talented Art Lead to join our team on a part-time employment.

• Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Lead and mentor a team of artists, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality work.

• Develop and maintain the artistic vision and style for the Casino Mobile Game project, ensuring consistency and excellence.

• Oversee the creation of concept art, character designs, environments, animations, and other visual elements.

• Manage project timelines and ensure the art team meets deadlines.

• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the team's skills and the quality of work.

• Review and approve art assets before final delivery.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Proven experience as an Art Lead or similar role in the gaming industry.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of art styles and high-quality work.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Strong understanding of mobile game development process and the role of art within it.

• Proficiency in Blender.

• Knowledge of unlit and PBR texturing and the ability to create them in Substance 3D Painter.

• Knowledge of character customization systems: morphs, ID texture maps.

• Experience in full-cycle development of props and characters (from blocking to game model).

• Experience working with Unity (baking, simple materials).

• Ability to decompose tasks and plan work.

• Ability to inspire and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Passion for creativity and innovation in digital art.
